4-Point Inspections
A 4-Point Inspection covers the four systems insurers care about most: plumbing, roof, HVAC and electrical. Many insurance companies require a 4-Point Inspection when you purchase or renew an insurance policy in the state of Florida. Historically these were only required on homes older than 10 years, but with changes in policy, some insurers now ask for them on newer homes as well.
Wind Mitigation Drone Inspections
A Wind Mitigation Inspection documents the features that help your home stand up to high winds. That includes the construction year, which tells us how strict the building codes were when your home was built, the roof covering type and age, and the roof deck the shingles are nailed to. We use drone photography to document the roof safely and thoroughly.
