4-Point Inspections
A 4-Point Inspection covers four systems:
- Plumbing Inspection
- Roof Inspection
- HVAC Inspection
- Electrical Inspection
Why do I need a 4-Point Inspection? Many insurance companies require a 4-Point Inspection when purchasing or renewing your insurance policies in the state of Florida. Historically, they have only required these on homes older than 10 years, but with changes in policy, some insurance companies are inclined to require a 4 Point Inspection on a newer home as well.
Wind Mitigation Drone Inspections
A Wind Mitigation Inspection covers the following areas:
- Construction Year: the year your home was built, which tells the home inspector how strict the building codes were
- Roof Covering: the type of roof covering (shingle, tile, etc.) and age of roof
- Roof Deck: the material your roof deck (i.e. the material your shingles are nailed to) is made of, the type of nails securing the shingles, and how far apart the nails are
- Roof To Wall Attachment: the method used to attach the roof to your walls
- Roof Geometry: the shape and slope of your roof
- Secondary Water Resistance: the type of material between the shingles and roof decking
- Opening Protection: whether you have additional protections on openings such as a sunroof, garage door, windows, etc.
We document the roof using drone photography so nothing gets missed.
Mold Inspections
Florida's heat and humidity make moisture and mold a year-round concern. A mold inspection identifies problem areas so you know what you are dealing with before you buy, sell, or start a repair.
Pool and Spa Inspections
A dedicated inspection of your pool or spa and its equipment, so you know the condition of one of the most expensive features of a Florida home before closing.
Light Commercial Inspections
In addition to our standard home inspection services, we also offer light commercial inspections. Same thorough approach, same detailed reporting, applied to your business property.
Well Water & Environmental Testing
We can test well water and other environmental hazards that could affect your health and safety, so you know exactly what you're bringing your family home to.
Be Confident In Your Property Transaction
A good home inspection isn't just an analysis of a property's condition, it's a way for homebuyers to find peace of mind while preparing for one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

What Does A Wind Mitigation Inspection Cover?
A Wind Mitigation Inspection covers the construction year, the year your home was built, which tells the home inspector how strict the building codes were; the roof covering, the type of roof covering such as shingle or tile and the age of the roof; and the roof deck, the material your shingles are nailed to.
